چکیده	The modern global market requires continuous improvement of product quality as the most important factor in increasing its competitiveness. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a quality management system that would be both adapted to the requirements of international standards and could effectively work in the “developer-manufacturer-consumer” format. Such a quality management system can be in full demand both by organizations (institutions) that provide various types of services in the field of oil and gas products, and by machine-building and processing enterprises that produce various high-tech products, the raw material for which is oil and gas.
