Abstract .The main aim of this study is to introduce an efficient method based on the -Vieta-Fibonacci polynomials and least squares support vector regression for solving a class of -fractional differential equations. The -Vieta-Fibonacci polynomials, and their -fractional integral operator are introduced. The -Vieta-Fibonacci polynomials kernel and the collocation least squares support vector regression method are utilized for training the obtained network. Then, the formulation of the method leads to an optimization problem.
